Analytics Dashboards

Summary

The Eclipse admin portal gives users the option to enroll for the Analytics service. By default after successful enrollment, you will have access to a collection of standard dashboards. Additionally, you can request to have custom dashboards built. Instructions on how to enroll for the Analytics service are listed below.

How to enroll

Users who wish to enroll for the Analytics service should performing the following steps:

1. Navigate to the "Analytics" tab in the Eclipse admin portal.
2. Click the button "Enroll for Analytics".
3. Shortly after clicking the button you should receive an invitation email from Microsoft containing a link that is valid for 24 hours. Here you can choose to accept or ignore the invitation.
   1. If you accept the invitation: You will be redirected to www.ukheshe.com. This means that your enrollment request was successful. Your account manager will then contact you to discuss pricing and contractual agreements.
   2. If you reject/ignore the invitation: The invite link will expire after 24 hours and you will have to restart the process from Step 1 above.
4. Once you have signed off on the contract, access to the analytics portal will be granted within 24 hours.

Important to note

In order to access and view the analytics dashboards, each user is required to have a Microsoft Power BI Pro license. More details can be found on the Microsoft website here.
